Amazing Views and Exceptional Breakfast!
I loved my stay here! The breathtaking views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains from my room made every moment special. The breakfast buffet amazed me with a fantastic omelette station and delicious lox. Don’t miss the local restaurants nearby for a great dining experience.

We really enjoyed the lovely pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day with the kids, including our little one. The breakfast options were also quite impressive, making our mornings easier as we fueled up for our adventures.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a microwave in the room made it tough for us to heat up baby food and snacks.

missingWrote a review on Dec 20great locationcomfortable roomsfrustrating check-in
Had a great time with friends! We visited the Denver Botanic Gardens and Red Rocks Park, both incredible spots. The hotel was comfortable and well-located. Just a heads up, the pool wasn't heated and could use some attention, but overall, it was a relaxing stay. I’d definitely recommend checking it out for a group getaway!
One downside was the check-in process took forever. There was a system glitch, and we were stuck at the front desk for too long, which was pretty frustrating. Definitely plan for potential delays if you're arriving late.

I loved the hotel’s location near restaurants and Walmart. The balcony offered fresh air, which I appreciated. The staff here truly shine, especially Alice at the front desk. Her assistance made a huge difference. The room itself was spacious and had some nice amenities. However, the food service needs attention. We faced delays and miscommunication, especially with our room service breakfast. We even had to go without food when our order went missing! The room also had some stale odors, and housekeeping could have done better with cleanliness. Despite these issues, I found the staff to be friendly and willing to help. Just wish the food service matched the quality of the staff.

The views from the room were spectacular, providing great photo opportunities while basking in the sun. The rooftop restaurant added an allure, although I didn't get to experience it. Housekeeping could improve. areas like the pull-out couch needed dusting, and some furniture showed wear. Breakfast was exceptional, with made-to-order seasonal dishes that delighted every morning.

missingWrote a review on Nov 01decent restaurantappealing public areaspoor housekeeping
The public areas have a decent appeal, which gives a good impression upon entering. The on-site restaurant is there if you need a food option without having to venture out.
Housekeeping isn't really on point here. you have to request it, and good luck getting the toiletries refilled because they might just leave you stuck. The constant street noise makes it hard to enjoy time on the balcony, which is not double-glazed. If you like parking options, be ready to fork out $20 a night, and don't count on street parking being safe due to the sketchy neighborhood. Plus, the elevators have an unpleasant metallic smell when you step in—definitely not the welcoming vibe I’d expect.

The King Room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. I loved the blackout curtains and the USB ports on the nightstands. However, the bed was really hard. my daughter even preferred the bathroom floor. Also, there was no desk or drawer space, making it tough to unpack.
